A kickboxing fitness program that includes basic boxing techniques and martial arts skills in an interval training format. Our Kickboxing program is designed to provide a balanced workout for the entire body. The boxing focuses on upper body and gastrocnemius. The kickboxing focuses on the lower body muscles.

This program has the benefit to improve speed and agility, functional strength and flexibility, coordination, balance, proprioception, and core strength. It will enhance physical performance or sports performance, elevate metabolism, increase energy levels, and more efficient movement which can result in reduction of risk of injury during sports/fitness activities and activities of daily living.

Indoor and/or outdoor fitness program that implements body weight exercises, calisthenics, agility drills, obstacle courses and running.  Based on military training techniques.
